Job requirements The main areas of responsibility as well as the requirements of the future candidate are summarized below. * Foster a positive work environment that ensures both internal and external customer satisfaction, maximizes productivity and drives sales * Ensure that the image of the Store is in line with corporate standards and helps to maintain a high level of visual standards ensuring store environment is safe for employees and customers * Achieve and exceed productivity and sales plan expectations * Guarantee excellent customer service * Assist in ensuring that all delicate situations regarding customer complaints and the overall sales process are dealt with accordingly * Demonstrates a complete knowledge of the merchandise: features, benefits to maximize sales opportunity * Partner with the Headquarter to develop business, driving initiatives that build repeat business and attract new architects and designers to the store * Willing to take on additional projects * Maintains a consistent presence on selling floor and manage sales assistants scheduling Requirements (professional experience, personal skills) * Completed education with at least 2 years experience in a luxury company * Previous experience as a Store Manager or willing to upgrade current status * Success-oriented personality with appropriate professional experience * Good knowledge into fabric as well as sensibility in colors and materials, HOME and/or FASHION * Strong interest in design, art and fashion * Role model with a strong sales orientation, motivation and enthusiasm * Eager to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Team player and self confident * Fluent in English.
