The Store Manager is responsible for playing a critical role in providing support to merchandising, operational and human resources functions for an individual store to achieve or exceed planned sales and profits. This position requires a proactive and vigilant individual who will remain highly engaged with customers, demonstrate integrity, effective communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic retail setting. Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers.
