Our client, a rapidly growing and highly regarded fashion retailer, is looking for an exceptional Store Manager to lead their flagship store located in the vibrant heart of San Antonio, Texas, US . This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and managing all day-to-day operations of the boutique. The ideal candidate will possess a strong retail background, a passion for fashion, and a proven ability to inspire and motivate a team. You will be tasked with maintaining visual merchandising standards, controlling inventory, managing staff schedules, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective sales strategies and team leadership. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, fostering a customer-centric culture. Ensure the store consistently meets high standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization. Manage inventory effectively, including receiving, stock counts, and loss prevention strategies. Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate floor coverage and operational efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and resolving any issues promptly. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and implement relevant action plans. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Create an engaging and inspiring atmosphere for both staff and customers.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion or apparel. Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving performance targets. Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in retail POS systems and inventory management software. A keen eye for visual merchandising and store presentation. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A passion for fashion and a strong understanding of current trends. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
