Store Manager - High-End Fashion Retail

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient business activities. Lead, train, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets. Oversee visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store presentation is consistently aligned with brand aesthetics. Manage inventory control, including stock levels, ordering, receiving, and loss prevention initiatives. Drive sales performance by implementing effective sales strategies and promotional activities. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales revenue, conversion rates, average transaction value, and customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Manage store budget, payroll, and operational expenses effectively. Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent for the store team. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching to staff. Maintain a safe, secure, and aesthetically pleasing store environment. Act as the brand ambassador, embodying the values and image of the company.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a significant portion in luxury or high-end fashion environments. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively. Excellent understanding of luxury retail operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in retail POS systems and basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A genuine passion for fashion and an understanding of luxury brand dynamics. Knowledge of the retail market in Boise, Idaho is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed.
