Store Manager, High-End Fashion

Our client, a prestigious international fashion brand, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Store Manager to lead their flagship boutique in Orlando, Florida, US . This is a critical on-site role responsible for driving sales, cultivating an exceptional customer experience, and managing all aspects of store operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury retail, a strong understanding of visual merchandising, and the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed store sales targets and KPIs through effective sales strategies and team leadership. Cultivate and maintain a loyal customer base by providing unparalleled service and building strong relationships. Recruit, train, motivate, and develop store associates to deliver exceptional performance. Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention. Ensure the store environment consistently reflects the brand's luxury image and standards. Manage store budget, payroll, and expenses effectively. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team. Partner with regional management to execute marketing initiatives and promotional activities. Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in high-end fashion or luxury goods. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of luxury retail, customer service excellence, and visual merchandising principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Proficiency in retail POS systems and inventory management software. Strong business acumen and financial management skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
