Oversee stock replenishment, ensuring optimal inventory levels and product availability. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently. Implement company initiatives and promotions effectively within the store. Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, preferably within the luxury fashion sector. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Exceptional leadership, team-building, and motivational skills. Strong understanding of luxury retail operations, visual merchandising, and clienteling. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems.
