This role pays a base hourly salary plus performance bonus Responsibilities: Store revenue: set, track, and deliver against monthly and seasonal sales targets across the assortmentTeam leadership: hire, schedule, coach, and develop the stylist team; set the clienteling cadence and hold the floor to it.Client experience: own the standard of service end to end, from first greeting to post-purchase follow-up.Operations: full ownership of inventory accuracy, receiving and stock flow, vendor coordination, loss prevention, and opening/closing discipline.Visual standards: maintain an editorial, on-brand selling floor in partnership with the creative direction of the house.Reporting: deliver clean weekly numbers sales, conversion, average transaction, and house-brand sell-through — to ownership.Events: execute trunk shows, launches, and in-store activations as commercial moments, not just calendar entries. Four or more years managing a luxury or premium retail store or a significant selling team, with full operational ownership.A record of leading a team to revenue targets, with fluency in retail KPIs (conversion, ATV, UPT, sell-through).Genuine people-leadership ability you build and retain strong sellers, not just manage a schedule.Operational rigor across inventory, scheduling, and reporting.Comfort working closely with ownership and creative leadership in a founder-led business.
