The store manager is responsible for directing all activity required to achieve or exceed goals, including sales and profit objectives, customer service, human resources (as it relates to development and retention of the team) payroll and operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandise presentation. Responsible for the protection of the Company assets (Inventory, Cash, Store fixturing and all other company property). Ensures and participates in timely planning and execution of the store planograms.
