Store Manager Responsibilities and Duties: • Designing, formulating, and enforcing policies, functions, and operational changes • Determining staff and supervisory requirements • Coordinating training activities • Prepare special reports, reviews, and recommendations on the purchase of new equipment. • Ensure excellent guest service • Ensure that the store is properly staffed • Ensure development of team members • Maintain product quality standards
