Store Manager - Full-time

+ Manage associate relations issues including performance management, and ensure associates follow company policies + Ensure store merchandising standards follow visual merchandising direction, accomplishing product presentation; make decisions about and adaptations to merchandising direction based on the layout, adjacencies and needs of the store; ensure product is displayed in a manner which is clear and easy to understand and is compelling to the customer + Create a compelling store experience for customers by engaging and modeling appropriate customer service behaviors to associates, ensuring speed of point of sale and customer services exceed standards and customer expectations + Manage associate relations issues including performance management, and ensure associates follow company policies + Ensure store merchandising standards follow visual merchandising direction, accomplishing product presentation; make decisions about and adaptations to merchandising direction based on the layout, adjacencies and needs of the store; ensure product is displayed in a manner which is clear and easy to understand and is compelling to the customer
