Own hiring, training, and development of the store team across all areas. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team environment. Ability to set the standard for operational efficiency, adhering to processes and systems to maximize team and business results, and identify opportunities for improvement. Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. GSuite experience is a plus.
