Responsibilities • Plan, lead, and oversee all daily store operations • Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones • Manage and grow the boutique’s social media platforms (Instagram & Facebook) • Track and report weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals • Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise based on demand, trends, and sales data • Hire, train, coach, and motivate Stylists to perform at their best • Evaluate employee performance and identify training and development needs • Create and manage staff schedules • Monitor operating costs, budgets, and store resources • Implement effective sales training programs and performance standards • Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product assortment and merchandising strategies • Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally • Research emerging fashion trends and competitive products • Create, analyze, and interpret reports related to sales, expenses, and competition • Conduct regular store audits to ensure cleanliness, organization, and visual standards • Ensure all employees comply with company policies and procedures • Act as the brand ambassador and set the standard for professionalism and service
