Store Manager - Fells Point Location

Baltimore, Maryland The Gift Shop Full time Organizing inventory on sales floor, and making sure that the store is clean, presentable, and aesthetically pleasing to the client throughout the day, and especially so before store closing. Twice a year after hours inventory Once a week small scale inventory Staff and schedule employees for the the Fells Point location (a month in advance) Merchandising store shelves and racks when new product comes in when the visual manager is not working. Making sure the store is clean, organized and fully stocked at all times - knowing and managing store inventory alongside store manager. A dedication to making people happy and consistently elevating the customer experience Familiarity with the user functionality of desktop, mobile, tablet and digital technology Mandatory Holiday and weekend availability 2+ years of retail experience Available shifts all days of the week 1+ years of manager or assistant manager experience Demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective salesperson Strong customer service, management, and communication skills
