Store Manager | Fayetteville

The Store Manager is responsible for managing the store. Managerial responsibilities of the Store Manager shall consist of, but not necessarily be limited to, the following: supervising and directing the activities of employees, ensuring excellent customer service, hiring, training and development of employees, monitoring compliance with company policies and procedures, maximizing sales and profitability, controlling expenses, maintaining stock levels and inventory and ensuring the flawless execution of programs. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Demonstrated leadership skills and competencies • Excellent math skills • Ability to manage inventory • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to work at least 55 hours per week. • A minimum of three (3) years of convenience store or retail experience is required • A minimum of 1 year as a top performing Store Manager or Assistant Manager, or equivalent experience is required • Intermediate computer skills required. • Must be 21 years of age • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • A minimum of 2 years of direct P&L responsibility preferred.
