We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated Retail Sales & E-Commerce Associate who genuinely loves talking to people and has a passion for sales. If you’re the type of person who can strike up a conversation with anyone, enjoys helping customers find exactly what they’re looking for, and takes pride in keeping a beautiful retail space, we’d love to meet you.

Our boutique carries women’s fashion, shoes, accessories, gifts, home goods, and one of Colorado’s best collections of vintage sports jerseys. Every day is different, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys variety and takes ownership of their work.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Customer Experience

Provide exceptional customer service to every guest.
Build relationships that turn first-time shoppers into repeat customers.
Confidently recommend products and close sales.
Help customers style outfits and make purchasing decisions.
Create a fun, upbeat shopping experience.

Opening Duties

Turn on all store lighting and display lighting.
Set out sidewalk signs to attract foot traffic.
Bring out and secure mannequins.
Turn on music and create an energetic shopping atmosphere.
Make sure the store is presentation-ready before opening.

Store Operations

Keep the boutique clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Restock merchandise throughout the day.
Maintain displays and merchandising.
Assist with inventory and organization.

Weekly Deep Cleaning

One shift each week will focus primarily on store maintenance, including:

Dusting displays and shelving.
Cleaning mirrors, glass, and display cases.
Wiping down counters and surfaces.
Cleaning sunglass displays.
Hanging and steaming new merchandise.
Keeping storage and back-stock organized.

Online Sales & Shipping

We’re looking for someone who understands online selling and can help grow our e-commerce business by:

Photographing merchandise professionally.
Creating listings on eBay and Facebook Marketplace.
Writing accurate product descriptions.
Pricing merchandise appropriately.
Packing and shipping online orders quickly and accurately.
Keeping inventory organized between in-store and online sales.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience selling on eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Poshmark, Depop, or similar platforms.
Photography skills for product listings.
Retail merchandising experience.
Knowledge of sports and vintage jerseys.
Fashion sense or interest in styling customers.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
