Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure a positive shopping experience for clients Strong Communication abilities to lead and motivate the team while effectively interacting with customers Experience in Store Management, including day-to-day operations and achieving sales goals Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to protect store assets Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail Experience in fashion retail or a related retail environment is a plus Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred but not required
