Role Description
This full-time, on-site Store Manager role is based in Grand Rapids, MI. As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include driving sales, achieving store targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and fostering a positive team environment. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing inventory, ensuring compliance with retail loss prevention strategies, and addressing customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure a positive shopping experience for clients
Strong Communication abilities to lead and motivate the team while effectively interacting with customers
Experience in Store Management, including day-to-day operations and achieving sales goals
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to protect store assets
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
Experience in fashion retail or a related retail environment is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred but not required
