Qualifications: Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, preferably within the fashion or luxury goods sector. Demonstrating a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Proficiency in retail management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems. A keen eye for fashion trends and visual merchandising.
