Store Manager - Fashion Retail

Responsibilities:
Oversee all day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed store revenue goals. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates to foster a high-performance, customer-centric environment. Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stock control, to optimize product availability and minimize shrinkage. Ensure the store adheres to all company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines to create an aesthetically pleasing and engaging store environment that reflects the brand's image. Recruit, train, and develop sales associates, providing ongoing performance feedback and recognition. Manage store budget, controlling expenses and maximizing profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive loyalty. Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Ensure a safe and secure environment for both customers and staff. Act as the brand ambassador, upholding the company's values and mission at all times.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive retail management experience, preferably in fashion or luxury goods. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team. Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office Suite. A passion for fashion and an understanding of current market trends. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. High energy, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
