At ROOLEE, our Store Managers are an integral part of our Executive Team and report directly to and work closely with the company owners and corporate officers to execute the company's vision for our retail store. The Store Manager is an integral part in ensuring that our guests' experience is exceptional in every way! At ROOLEE our Store Managers must have several years of specialty retail experience in a leadership role. Our Store Manager must have excellent guest service skills, merchandising, product display, and presentation abilities, be an effective problem solver, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, (we expect our Store Manager to run our store as if it were their own business), and exceptional leadership skills. Minimum 3 years of experience managing a specialty retail storeDemonstrates leadership and integrity with experience managing a staff of boutique team membersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong merchandising and visual skillsExcellent organization skills; able to plan and execute tasks efficientlyProactive and creative problem solving abilityFlexible and adaptableAbility to multi-task and balance multiple prioritiesProficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookAbility and willingness to work weekends, nights and holidaysPhysical Requirements
