The Store Manager owns all aspects of the in-store presentation and operational functions of the store. As a manager, serve as a leader of company culture, norms, and conduct. Qualifications: Education/Experience Required: Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends Four-year college degree or equivalent preferred Effective written, verbal and presentation skills Strong interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to communicate at all levels Proven ability to drive sales results in a high sales volume environment Excellent time management skills Ability to interpret all policies and procedures to resolve customer and associate issues Willingness to travel periodically to attend meetings/workshops (overnight may be necessary) Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills Minimum five years retail experience required, with a proven ability to drive sales results Minimum of two years of retail management experience required Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that are required by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The associate must frequently sit/stand for long periods of time and climb ladders as needed. As a National Retailer, flexibility with work schedule (able to work weekends, nights, peak holiday periods) is required.
