Store Manager - Boutique Fashion

Our client, a prestigious boutique fashion retailer, is seeking an experienced and charismatic Store Manager to lead their flagship store in Portland, Oregon, US . Responsibilities:
Oversee all day-to-day operations of the boutique, ensuring a seamless and luxurious shopping experience for every customer. Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store sales goals. Drive store sales performance through effective sales strategies, clienteling, and exceptional customer service. Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy through effective stock management, replenishment, and loss prevention measures. Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to create an appealing and engaging store environment, reflecting the brand's aesthetic. Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing sales talent. Manage store budgets, including payroll, operational expenses, and P&L reporting. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and brand standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with the local clientele, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to the team. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Maintain the store's appearance and organization to the highest standards. Collaborate with corporate teams on marketing initiatives, visual directives, and product assortment. Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or luxury goods. Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets in a competitive market. Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Experience with inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention. Proficiency in retail POS systems and basic financial management (P&L, budgets). A passion for fashion and a strong sense of style. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs. Strong visual merchandising aptitude.
