L.L.Bean is searching for the Retail Store Manager to lead our NEWEST RETAIL STORE coming to The Promenade Shops At Briargate in Colorado Springs, CO. Position Purpose: Drives business results, develops talent and ensures delivery of the legendary L.L.Bean customer experience for assigned outdoor lifestyle concept retail store. Bean customer experience in assigned store Minimum 5+ years experience as a Store Manager in relevant traffic, volume and unit intensity locationDemonstrated critical leadership behaviors of being strategic and innovativeLeadership experience with an apparel retailer is a mustStrong business acumen with the ability to achieve sales and service goalsProven leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate employeesEstablished time management and organizational skillsEstablished interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively to achieve goalsAbility to balance growth and traditionAbility to travel occasionally between stores and outside of state if necessaryDemonstrated ability to foster an inclusive work environment and customer experienceAbility to work a retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays i.e. per needs of the business
