Recruit and make hiring, pay and termination decisions for all levels of store personnel including store management Manage associate relations issues including performance management, and ensure associates follow company policies Ensure store merchandising standards follow visual merchandising direction, accomplishing product presentation; make decisions about and adaptations to merchandising direction based on the layout, adjacencies and needs of the store; ensure product is displayed in a manner which is clear and easy to understand and is compelling to the customer Create a compelling store experience for customers by engaging and modeling appropriate customer service behaviors to associates, ensuring speed of point of sale and customer services exceed standards and customer expectations Strong people management skills and ability to develop talent
