Store Manager

The Store Manager will oversee 1–2 part-time employees, handle day-to-day store operations, and ensure our customers receive the exceptional shopping experience Coast Casual is known for. The Store Manager is responsible for the overall success of the store, including staffing, merchandising, customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency. • Manage, train, and schedule part-time staff (1–2 employees) to ensure consistent performance and excellent customer service. • Contribute to a positive, high-energy work environment that reflects the Coast Casual brand. • Experience with Shopify POS is a plus but not required.
