STORE MANAGER

The Store Manager will be responsible for all aspects of running a profitable store location, setting the tone and leading the store’s culture/environment to ensure success in all aspects of customer service, profitability, operations, people development, merchandise presentation, and merchandise assortment. Ensures consistent high standards of customer service through effective staff planning, monitoring of training programs, and timely communication of advertising of special events. Attains sales and profitability goals for the store through effective use of short and long-range planning. Accessory experience is preferred.
