Responsibilities: Execute a business plan to achieve and exceed sales plans Drive sales through planning events partnering with PR and Marketing teams Create an environment and a team that consistently delivers an outstanding customer experience Lead by example by creating, managing, and modeling a highly productive selling environment by providing consistent coaching Set clear goals and expectations to hold team accountable for a high standard of excellence Manage overall team performance and their individual growth Maintain visual merchandising and floor standards for an amazing store aesthetic Work with and maintain the relationships with VIP clients and manage trunk shows Oversee the development of clientele by creating and supporting initiatives that both build our current customer base and create new repeat business Generate new ideas by applying an entrepreneurial mindset whilst being proactive to continuously improve the business Communicate with corporate partners weekly on the state the business and its needs Maintain an organized back of house Monitor and ensure all stock levels are healthy based on the needs of the business Track inventory and protect company assets Adhere to and generate new ideas for store operations and policies Required Skills: At least four to six years of management experience in the retail industry with a proven track record of successfully managing teams Results oriented and sales driven Recruiting, interviewing, training, planning, organizational, and performance management skills Expertise in store operations
