Store Leader - Fashion Valley

In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your leadership skills while making a significant impact on the store's success. As Store Leader, you’ll coach in real time, develop talent, and set the tone for performance. You bring the SKIMS story to life for both your team and your customers. Build clear development plans for your team and support career progression through intentional feedback and coaching. Must be able to stand and remain physically active and move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers for 100% of the scheduled shift Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift Does not want to be an influencer Full Time Availability Requirements: Open Availability.
