As a Fanatics Local Store Leader, you are responsible for the overall management of your store including driving sales, customer service standards, and visual standards. You will be responsible for achieving company objectives in profit and loss control, sales performance, customer satisfaction and loss prevention by overseeing the operation aspects of the store while upholding the Fanatics Local mission, vision & values. Supervisory Responsibilities • Carry out managerial responsibilies in accordance with Fanatics Local, and Lids policies, procedures, and applicable laws. • Responsible for store personnel performance management and work to give feedback on areas of strenght and opportunity while keeping in line with Company objectives. • Direct compliance of store personnel with established company policies, procedures and guidelines including, but not limited to, safekeeping of company inventory, funds, and property.
