As a Store Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience while also leading and motivating a team of sales associates. If you have a passion for retail, a knack for leadership, and a love for all things kids' fashion, we would love to hear from you.\n\nProvide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their shopping needs.\n\nLead a team of sales associates, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure a positive and productive work environment.\n\nMonitor and maintain store standards, including merchandise presentation, cleanliness, and organization.\n\nAssist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new sales associates.\n\nCreate and maintain employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak business hours.\n\nMonitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.\n\nCollaborate with the store manager to set and achieve sales goals and targets.\n\nHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.\n\nStay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge to provide customers with the best shopping experience.\n\nCommunicate effectively with the store manager and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store.\n\nAdhere to and enforce company policies and procedures.\n\nHandle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in cash handling and register operations.\n\nMaintain a safe and clean store environment, following all safety and security protocols.\n\nContinuously strive to improve store operations and customer satisfaction.\n\nAct as a brand ambassador and promote the company's values and mission to customers and team members.
