Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet store targets.
Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising and stock replenishment.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
Create and maintain employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak business hours.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure store environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competition, and customer preferences.
Collaborate with other Store Leads and management to share best practices and achieve company goals.
Adhere to all operational and financial guidelines set by the company.
Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and passion for the brand and products.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Continuously seek ways to improve store operations and customer experience.
