Store Lead

The successful candidate will have an excellent track record of providing outstanding customer service, as well as a passion for delivering a positive, fun shopping experience. To be considered for this role, you must have at least 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a children's clothing store. Responsibilities: Ensure that all customers have a delightful shopping experience in the store. Monitor sales performance and strive to meet or exceed store targets. Train and develop store personnel to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest fashion trends for children.
