Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships with customers and staff • Retail Sales experience and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets • Excellent Organization Skills to ensure smooth store operations and inventory management • Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance performance • Ability to multitask effectively and work collaboratively in a retail environment • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus
