Purpose of Role:
As a Store Keyholder, you are the right hand to store leaders – driving sales, coaching teammates, and maintaining high energy. This position is an excellent first step into leadership for someone ready to inspire others and make every shift impactful.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all teammates maintain high standards of customer serviceEncourage a sales-focused culture and enhance the customer experienceRecognize and reward effective performanceProvide coaching, mentoring, and support to colleaguesSupervise adherence to loss prevention, safety, and audit standards, and evaluate outcomesMaintain the store in a clean, organized, and well-stocked conditionTake responsibility for opening and closing the store as requiredSupport sales growth and meet retail/omnichannel KPI objectivesLead as the manager on duty and consistently demonstrate the brand's Athlete service standards and selling practicesProvide detailed product knowledge of technical merchandise, including features and applicationsCollaborate with store management to uphold merchandising and sales floor standardsAnalyze payroll and sales data, adjusting staffing schedules to meet operational needsFoster athlete loyalty through enhanced in-store experiences and digital toolsCommunicate effectively with customers, team members, and managementPerform Stock Keyholder duties as neededComplete additional responsibilities as assigned by managementRequirements:
Minimum age of 18 yearsHigh school diploma or equivalentAt least 12 months of hands-on experience in retail or customer serviceFluency in the local language; basic English skills are a plusAvailability for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysKnowledge of store operations, merchandising, inventory management, risk assessment, and occupational safetyUnderstanding of retail operations and ability to apply this knowledge in problem-solvingStrong sales acumen and deep industry knowledgeAbility to bend, kneel, reach, climb ladders, and remain upright for extended periods, with or without accommodationsComfortable with or willing to learn digital tools such as mobile devices and tabletsStrong communication skillsAbility to stand, move, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs (12 kg) during shifts, with or without accommodationsBenefits & Perks:
