Operations Accountability: • Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures in accordance with American Threads policies, including counting funds, managing registers, completing nightly cash deposits, and securing the facility. • Maintain adherence to American Threads policies, ensuring the safety of both associates and customers. • Minimum 1 year of experience in specialty management within a similar brand environment. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
