Role and Responsibilities of Store Janitor: You will be required to complete daily cleaning duties diligently and assist with operational tasks as appropriate to guarantee customer satisfaction. • Follow the precise methods and practices outlined by Kohl's to meticulously clean the entire store, including floors, windows, restrooms, and waste disposal areas • Uphold safety protocols by employing solely approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment • Track and manage the inventory levels of company-endorsed materials and substances, placing replenishment orders as required • Maintain and rotate items in proper storage receptacles to uphold safety measures • Execute and retain the mandated training in chemical application, equipment operation, and maintenance procedures • Ensure that basic equipment maintenance is conducted as per the organization's guidelines • Leverage Kohl's tools and technology for the purpose of coordinating, communicating, and sharing information with the store team • Offer assistance to the operations team by participating in product receiving, inventory organization, stockroom maintenance, and omnichannel order fulfillment when needed • Greet customers warmly and extend a helpful hand in guiding them through the various products and services offered • Practice transparency and cultivate a spirit of cooperation in a welcoming climate • Practice sound reasoning and involve suitable allies in the decision-making process • Show a dedication to the customer by predicting and satisfying their requirements in a proactive manner • Meet or exceed individual objectives in terms of output, creditworthiness, and devotion • Skillfully managing numerous tasks while adhering to set deadlines • Adhere to the safety policies of the company to ensure the safety of employees and clients • Implement the guidance and instructions received from supervisors, managers, and other personnel in the organization • Accomplish further tasks as prescribed
