Responsibilities: • Maintain top-notch customer service through adherence to predefined service norms • Interact with guests in a friendly and genuine manner from the start • Quickly assess the needs of guests and adjust your approach accordingly • Assist customers by sharing insights on product features and offering solutions to their inquiries • Confirm the accuracy and efficiency of scanning, bagging, and payment processing tasks • Focus on keeping your work station neat and structured • Share news about promotions, product releases, and store events with guests • Urge guests to join loyalty initiatives and to explore the option of obtaining store credit cards • Support guests in maximizing their usage of digital platforms, such as the store app and internet services • Implement return processes adhering to store regulations while focusing on guest satisfaction • Improve the proficiency in dealing with order pick-ups, drive-up services, and gift registry transactions • Assist in managing and resolving guest complaints while maintaining adherence to store guidelines • Guarantee that regulated products follow all federal, state, and local laws as mandated • Support the functioning of the store as a whole in response to the demands of the business Additional Skills: • Striking a balance between multitasking and focusing on the specifics is a skill that can enhance productivity and efficiency • Providing solace in guiding visitors about available products and services • Swift flexibility in response to evolving technology and digital advancements • Possessing the aptitude to work independently and in collaboration with peers
