Job Summary Bobbles & Lace SLC is looking for a Store Director! Are you the person your friends always go to for fashion advice? Are you looking to join a community of hard working and fun-loving fashion forward women? - Become the go to-stylist for the Salt Lake City customer - Deliver an experience to every client that is welcoming, knowledgeable, & fun - Lead store merchandising, display maintenance, and general housekeeping under the direction of Bobbles & Lace Brand Guidelines - Creating lasting relationships with the Salt Lake City community to grow and maintain your business including: - In store & community events - Partnerships with other local businesses, community groups, and in-town hot spots - Meet and exceed monthly and daily sales goals set by Bobbles & Lace - Direct your team to assist in sales, styling, marketing and operations - Manage the operations of your store keeping things running smoothly - Maintain the store schedule - Participate in daily education calls with the team to learn styling, merchandising and more - A candidate who is career focused and motivated to grow - A passion for fashion and helping others dress their best - A thirst for knowledge of the fast growing retail and fashion industry - Outgoing team players
