What You’ll Do
As Store Director, you are the heartbeat of the store—leading by example, driving results, and creating a culture of energy, accountability, and exceptional service.
Leadership & Team Development
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing styling team
• Lead from the floor—especially in the fitting room experience
• Coach stylists regularly on client engagement and experience
• Create a positive, motivated, and accountable team culture
Sales & Performance
• Drive revenue growth and exceed sales goals
• Monitor key metrics
• Ensure every client receives a personalized, high-touch experience
• Lead by example in experiences
Client Experience
• Deliver our signature head-to-toe styling experience
• Build genuine relationships with clients and create repeat shoppers
• Ensure every client feels confident, seen, and styled to perfection
• Maintain strong presence on the floor during peak business hours
Operations
• Oversee daily store operations, scheduling, and staffing
• Ensure merchandising aligns with brand standards and visual expectations
• Manage inventory flow and product launches
• Maintain a polished, elevated store environment
