We are seeking the talents of a Store Director to contribute to the next chapter of Sézane's journey. Follow up on retail excellence programsLiaise with internal & external partners to solve issues related but not limited to: deliveries, stock, IT, maintenance, securityEnsure quality of internal control and inventory management (inventory, cash management, internal procedures)Plan and execute store events, off-site activations and partnerships Motivated, proactive and positive attitude Autonomous, agile, entrepreneurial, result driven Ability to adapt to become a strong brand ambassador Strong managerial skills (5 to 7 years of retail management) and business sense Experience in a luxury or fast-paced retail environment preferred Excellent communications and team management skills French speaking is a plus
