Collaborating with the store design team and cross-functional partners, this position contributes to Sephora’s success by elevating the overall quality of store design to uphold the Sephora experience while meeting cost, schedule, and operational requirements. • Manage projects and develop feasibility studies and create optimal plan layouts in high volumes • Organize and collaborate with internal Sephora and external Kohl’s business partners through various phases of the projects • Understand, maintain, and help build schedules as well as have excellent time management skills • Create plans and support for store optimization retrofit fixture roll out for existing shop-in-shop stores • Demonstrate our Sephora values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative This job will be posted for a minimum of 5 days.
