Responsibilities of Store Department Associate: • Developing a rewarding internal and external customer engagement • Cultivates a practice of integrity and trustworthiness; upholds the importance of confidentiality • Leads efforts in instructing and coaching associates on front-end principles to support their learning and progression • Coaches and mentors associates in enhancing the customer experience through personalization methods and promoting loyalty programs effectively • Facilitates register assignments, supports POS coverage requirements, and coordinates breaks for all team members • Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly to guarantee customer satisfaction • Ensures that associates are following the store's plan by executing tasks and activities, prioritizing tasks accordingly • Conveys information accurately and concisely to management and team members when establishing and addressing priorities, delivering updates on progress consistently • Provides and embraces recognition and productive input • Cooperating with management to determine and address the training needs of associates to increase their efficiency • Maintains compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures at all times • Supports the advancement of credit and loyalty offers • Actively contributes to the achievement of store shrink reduction objectives and initiatives • Encourages consciousness of safety and upholds a secure setting • Tasks beyond the usual scope of work may be allocated • In charge of fostering positive interactions with clients to create a stellar experience.
