Job Summary of Store Counter Associate: The Store Counter Associate role in our retail team provides an opportunity for individuals who are customer-focused, reliable, and committed to contributing to a positive shopping experience. In this position, you will be involved in various aspects of store management and customer service at the checkout. Responsibilities of Store Counter Associate: Store Counter Associate major duties include maintaining cleanliness of sales floor, receiving incoming donations and issuing receipts, greet and assist donors/customers.Maintain an in-depth understanding of all products and services offered by the store.Stay updated with new arrivals, seasonal items, and ongoing sales to provide accurate guidance.Ensure products are arranged neatly, clearly labeled, and easily accessible to customers.Store Counter Associateduties include ringing up all sales transactions, operating cash register, greeting and assisting customers/donors.Provide correct change and issue receipts to customers.Assist customers with returns, exchanges, or complaints professionally.Benefits of Store Counter Associate:
