Store Co Director

As a Co-Store Director, you are a strategic partner to the Store Director and a key leader in the overall performance of the store. • Serve as a visible, accessible leader on the sales floor, supporting team members and engaging with guests. • Serve as a brand ambassador, representing The Fresh Market with hospitality and professionalism in the store and local community. Requirements • 5+ years of progressive management experience in supermarkets, retail, restaurants, hospitality, or general business • Demonstrated success overseeing multiple departments or store-wide operations • Strong financial acumen with the ability to achieve sales, margin, labor, and operational goals • Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills • Basic proficiency with POS systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite • Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain after hire • Must be 21 years of age or older
