Store Co Director

The Fresh Market & You: Are you committed to delivering an excellent experience for guests? As a Co-Store Director, you are a strategic partner to the Store Director and a key leader in the overall performance of the store. • Serve as a brand ambassador, representing The Fresh Market with hospitality and professionalism in the store and local community. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Experience leading in a grocery or high-volume specialty retail environment • Proven success in developing strong teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences • Bilingual skills a plus
