Hill House is seeking Sales Associates to create personalized shopping experiences for our customers at our store in New Orleans. We are hiring full-time and part-time positions that will maintain a retail schedule (including weekends). Build authentic connections with shoppers as you answer questions and complete purchasesConstantly seek ways to improve the customer experience and energize the team to do the sameBecome a product expert and offer fit, fabric, style, and gift recommendationsAssist with checking stock on a daily basis and restocking the selling floor when necessaryPerform open and closeout procedures as neededEnsure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standardWork in a fast-paced environment while utilizing exceptional customer service skillsSurprise and delight customers by going above and beyond their expectations Who You Are: Compensation for the role will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience. The estimated hourly compensation for this role is $20+/ Hour
