Store Associate - Fashion Retail Professional

The Sales Associate is a key member of the store team, responsible for generating sales by exhibiting passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends with all customers. A day in the life includes: • Delivering an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience with all customers • Focusing on full-price selling while maintaining awareness of product value and promotions • Handling customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures, attempting to solve for yes and partnering with leadership when dealing with escalated issues • Completing all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner • Executing all visual directives and maintaining visual standards set by the company and directed by management • Supporting high standards of organization and cleanliness, promoting a safe working and shopping environment to maximize the customer experience • Upholding and complying with all company policies outlined in the Policy and Procedure Manual, Code of Business Conduct, Employee Policy Guide, and Safety Program • Complying with all Loss Prevention policies, communicating violations directly to leadership or via the Silent Witness Hotline • Sharing feedback from customers with the leadership team to improve the overall customer experience We are looking for candidates who are passionate about product, brands, fashion, and trends, with effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
