Roles and Duties:

Ensure a secure work environment by following all safety policies and procedures.Join safety training meetings to improve your competence in handling tasks swiftly in a warehouse setting.Arrange, transport, and dispatch items for delivery to customers and retail locations.Ensure the precise management of products for store allocation and client shipments.Manage the transportation of goods and streamline inventory flow within the warehouse.Ensure your workspace is clean, well-maintained, and devoid of clutter.Report to work on time and finalize assigned duties with precision and within the designated timeline.Contribute to problem-solving initiatives aimed at supporting operational enhancement on a continuous basis.Demonstrate a constructive and gracious mindset while engaging in individual tasks or teamwork.Requirements:

Expected to frequently move and lift merchandise weighing between 35 to 50 lbs.Able to occasionally lift and carry items up to 60 lbs.Physical ability for standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching during assigned periods.Retain a constructive and professional mindset during teamwork or individual assignments.Introductory math knowledge, which covers counting, addition, and subtraction.Proficiency in effectively reading and understanding labels, tickets, and other forms of product documentation with precision.Successfully navigate computer systems or mobile devices independently following the completion of training.Effective communication through speech and writing.Proficiency in comprehending, communicating in, and interpreting English to abide by safety rules, procedures, and directives.Additional Requirements:

Skilled in participating in training sessions and operating motorized equipment in a safe manner (e.g., Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit-Down & Stand-Up Forklift).Skilled in working effectively at heights up to 40 feet when the situation demands.Adaptable to working for extended durations in temperature-controlled surroundings, such as refrigerators and freezers.Benefits:
