Store Assistant Lead

As a Store Assistant Lead, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide customers with high-quality brands and on-trend merchandise at extraordinary savings. In this leadership position, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring our treasure hunt shopping experience remains exciting and efficient. Responsibilities: • Serve as the Store Assistant Lead by managing all assigned areas and stepping in to lead the entire operation in the Store Manager’s absence. • Maintain the "Store Brand" by ensuring a clean, neat, and easy-to-shop environment through diligent housekeeping oversight. • Lead Loss Prevention efforts by training associates on shortage goals and maintaining a strong leadership presence on the sales floor.
