Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Store Tailor at our location in Louisville, KY. The Store Tailor will perform daily responsibilities such as conducting fittings, altering clothing to meet customer specifications, and ensuring high standards of craftsmanship are met. This role includes providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with the sales team to meet customer tailoring needs, and maintaining an organized and clean workspace. Additional responsibilities include assisting with inventory management and contributing to a positive in-store experience for all customers.

Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their tailoring needs.
• Experience with Retail Sales and the ability to collaborate with sales staff to meet customer requests and enhance satisfaction.
• Exceptional Organization Skills to manage alterations efficiently and maintain a tidy, organized workspace.
• Experience in Training, with the ability to mentor and guide team members as needed.
• Prior experience as a professional tailor or in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to use tailoring tools and equipment proficiently.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
