Qualifications:

Strong verbal communication skills and professional fluency in English.Previous experience in a supervisory role or a customer-facing service environment is preferred.Comfortable working with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.Ability to handle fundamental retail math and financial calculations accurately.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.Physical capability to stand or walk for the duration of a shift and lift up to 25 lbs.Benefits:

Serve as the Manager on Duty, overseeing store opening and closing procedures and general daily operations.Supervise and mentor Retail Associates to ensure a friendly, efficient, and easy-to-shop environment for every customer.Manage administrative tasks including payroll processing, punch edits, and ensuring compliance with associate scheduling.Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring building security, entrance/exit controls, and safety protocols.Oversee Front End operations, managing customer wait times and training staff on cash register procedures and loss prevention.Coordinate merchandise presentation, ensuring that recovery, sizing, and markdowns meet company standards.Protect company assets by following Loss Prevention programs and safeguarding confidential information and cash deposits.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor, including the proper handling of inbound deliveries.Ensure the salability of merchandise by overseeing fitting room maintenance and the "Scan and Bag" best practices.
